General terms and conditions, inclusive services, cancellation conditions and other useful information for a carefree holiday in Sesto/Sexten in the Dolomites.
Inclusive services

- Access to the "Dolomit Panorama Spa" wellness area in the adjacent Rainer Family Resort: swimming pool with integrated whirlpool loungers, spacious outdoor pool, children's pool with slide, bio sauna, Finnish sauna, steam cave, infrared cabin, Kneipp pool, panoramic lounge with tea bar, relax areas (in the periods when the Hotel is open).

Local tax
The community tax of Euro 2.50 per person / day is calculated separately. Children up to 14 years of age are not subject to this tax.
Check-in / Check-out
The suites are available from 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Non-smoking apartments
Smoke is allowed only in the outdoor areas.
Payments
You can pay your bill with credit card (except American Express), check or cash.
Reservation conditions and deposit
When the booking is made, we charge 30% of the stay rate. Our bank details for this deposit can be found in your reservation confirmation, which will be sent to you.
Terms of cancellation
A free of charge cancellation of your apartment is only possible up to 2 months before arrival. Otherwise, the following cancellation costs are applied:
- 50% of the total price of the stay if canceled 1 month before the arrival date.
- 100% of the total price of the stay if canceled less than 1 month before the arrival date, in case of late arrival or early departure.
Travel cancellation insurance
In order to avoid incurring cancellation fees, we recommend you to take out travel cancellation protection from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
