Clear & innovative

Award-winning architecture by Plasma Studio.

Paramount Alma “Living. Architecture. Dolomites” stands for comfortable, light-flooded designer vacation apartments in the Dolomites.

This architectural highlight features large glass surfaces and slightly facetted larch wood slats that wind around the entire building. The geometry of the structure skillfully adapts to the topography, appearing to be suspended within the slope.
Throughout the house, in every suite and outdoor space, we celebrate our philosophy of “Living. Architecture. Dolomites.” A consistent design and spatial concept convey a generous sense of space. Minimalist, high-quality design exudes calm and relaxation. Harmonious colours and selected materials run like a red thread throughout the entire building. Local larch wood and a palette of reds, greys and greens define the design.
Large windows dissolve the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, bringing in natural light and landscape. All suites feature a balcony with magnificent mountain views. Another highlight is the underground connection to the Family Resort Rainer.
Paramount Alma has given priority to regionalism and sustainability, combining a modern, slightly urban flair with high-quality local craftsmanship. A significant contribution to climate protection is ensured by 100% sustainable energy, including local district heating, hydroelectric power, photovoltaics, and careful waste separation. We invite our guests to join us in this endeavour.
